Sierra Leonean defender Abdulai Juma Bah delivered a stellar performance for RC Lens against Saint Etienne in a 1-0 win.
Juma’s defensive masterclass helped his team RC Lens to victory. The 19 years old also won the Man Of The Match Award with a rating of 8.2.
He is currently on loan from English football giant Manchester City after the English side signed him for €6 million from the Spanish football side, Real Valladolid.

Juma Bah was born and raised in Sierra Leone to a Fulani parent who are bread bakers.
He used to spend his spare time helping out at his father’s bakery in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
Juma Bah began playing barefoot in street games before joining local football club AIK Freetong, a third-tier side, from his boyhood club Giant Academy in April 2021.
He would later sign for Real Valladolid in the Spanish first division. After featuring in two under-19 matches and one game for Valladolid’s second team, Bah was swiftly promoted to the senior squad.
He made his La Liga debut as a starter at home against Real Sociedad in September 2024 before he was bought by Machester City in the January transfer window.
