People That Inspire Magazine, an African magazine based in Sierra Leone, West Africa, has released its December 2022 edition featuring inspiring African stories and culture. The magazine, started by a young Sierra Leonean named Brian Karnue, who currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief, is arguably one of the best online magazines in Sierra Leone.
The December Edition is the last and final issue for 2022, and you’ll love it. This edition scintillatingly captures the unique side of African art with paintings from Siphesihle Ntsungwana, the iconic life and works of Dr Mashudu Tshifularo – the First South African surgeon to cure deafness, the notable contributions of Adelaide Casely-Hayford to girls’ education and advocacy, some cosy shots from Black models Jordan Blake and Odie Balla, and interesting poems from Raymond Hickson and Simple Man.
That is not all! This final issue picked on some sensitive topics specifically affecting black people across the world. You’ll surely be drawn to topics such as self-love and the troubles with guilty misconceptions. The philosophy of Ubuntu was largely deliberated upon too.
The People That Inspire Magazine (PTI) is run by young people who have been putting in the work throughout the year to make sure that we grab the hottest and most fascinating stories across Africa and the Black community.
