Timothy Musa Kabba: Sierra Leone’s New Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Set to Make Waves on the Global Stage

Timothy Musa Kabba is the newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise.

Prior to his current role, he served as the Minister of Mines and Mineral Resources and held the position of Director-General at the Petroleum Directorate.

With a background in oil and gas engineering, Kabba has worked in esteemed organizations such as Total E & P C LTD and the LUKOIL Overseas Offshore Project, where he served as a project management consultant, drilling engineer, and reservoir engineer. Kabba also worked as Petroleum Engineer in Russia, UAE, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Ghana and Romania, showing his international experience and networks.

As the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Kabba has assumed the responsibility of projecting Sierra Leone’s image on the global stage. His primary objectives include building new collaborative relationships, expanding on existing bilateral and multilateral relations, and enhancing Sierra Leone’s international reputation.
