Hopes higher than Leicester Peak
Head full of dreams
Striving harder pushing through the creak
Clutching at life’s seams
To search for coins under floorboards
Of lost hope
In Sierra Leone’s barren cupboards
Of scarce opportunities
Reaching out to grope
life’s amenities
before they float out of scope
A young man
With a plan
To conquer
Life battles
Repel
Life’s
struggles
As you strive to EXCEL.
