Mr Eazi donates US$12,000 to African students stranded in Ukraine

Popular Nigerian singer, Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade aka Mr Eazi has donated the sum of N5 million (US$12,000) to African students stranded in Ukraine amid the ongoing fight against Russia.

Thousands of Africans are reported to be stranded in Ukraine and are having difficulties leaving the country or finding suitable and safe accommodation pending when they can be safely evacuated.

Taiwo Akinkunmi, the designer of the Nigerian flag has passed away

Touched by their plight, Mr Eazi donated 5 million naira to a crypto wallet set up by a humanitarian group to assist them with feeding and travel arrangements.

Ace comedian, Craze Clown announced the singer’s donation via his Twitter account as he called on other well-meaning persons to donate whatever they can.
He wrote; ”Thank you soooo much @mreazi for the huge donation of 5m naira to help African students stranded in ukraine 🙏🏾🙏🏾 please I urge everyone that can help one way or the other to do so… I will be sharing more links you can donate to. All Help is needed at this point 🙏🏾🙏🏾 it’s a lot.”
