BEACH SOCCER – Russia 2021 World Cup kicks off this Thursday

The 21st edition of the Beach Soccer World Cup kicks off this Thursday in Russia. Four matches are on the program for this first day. Reigning African champion, Senegal enters the competition tomorrow Friday against Uruguay. Then Mozambique, the other representative of the black continent will start the world this Thursday with a duel against Spain.

The opening match will oppose the United Arab Emirates to Tahiti, Paraguay will face Japan. Then the United States will challenge Russia, the organizing country, twice world champions, in 2011 and 2013. For the fourth match, Mozambique, vice-champion of Africa will face Spain.

The Lions will compete in their seventh World Cup. Al Seyni Ndiaye’s teammates will play against Uruguay this Friday at 12 p.m. Ngalla Sylla’s men will face the reigning world champion Portugal on Sunday August 22.

Senegal ends the group stage on Tuesday, August 24, against Oman. A team he recently beaten at the Dubai Tournament. A competition that the African football champions ended up winning.

Babacar Fall partners have set themselves the goal of reaching at least the semi-finals for this World Cup.

Remember that the competition will take place from August 19 to 29, 2021.
