An Ethiopian High School Student Invented A Vehicle That Travels 40 Kilometers Using One Liter Of Fuel

Using motorcycle engine, an Ethiopian high school student invented a vehicle that travels 40 kilometers using one liter of fuel.

The young man, named Ajame Major invention has the capacity to carry four people and has 400 kilograms weight, according to the information from the Ministry of Innovation and Technology of Ethiopia. Ajame is born and grown up in Wolaita Zone Areka town in Southern Ethiopia region.


He produced the car applying reverse gear to the motorcycle engine. The report stated that Ajame has got support of Ministry of Innovation and Technology of Ethiopia to manufacture the car. The Ministry has invited car assembly companies to partner and work with the inventor of the new car – Ajame.
